Service Scope

VPNKM provides international route subscriptions for cross-border access, covering 110+ countries / 160+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Coverage does not mean that routes in every region will be connectable at all times. Available routes are shown in the user panel and client.

This service provides network connectivity, but does not provide third-party website accounts, content licenses or payment eligibility. Target platforms may determine access based on region, account status and their own policies. A successful network connection does not grant eligibility to use those platforms.

Accounts and Subscriptions

No email address is required; you can register with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription information secure. Do not publish subscription details, resell the service or share your account with others. If your credentials are exposed, change your password promptly and contact support through a ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time. Traffic allowances depend on the selected plan; unlimited devices does not mean unlimited traffic and does not permit resale or sharing. Clients are available after login with a valid purchased plan, and subscription information is provided after login.

Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB; they remain available until used and never expire. Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where you are located and with the rules of target platforms. You must not use this service for unlawful purposes. Prohibited activities include network attacks, distributing malicious software, stealing information, violating others' privacy or intellectual property, and accessing others' systems without authorization.

You are responsible for confirming that cross-border access and the content you transmit are lawful. Do not disrupt the service or harm other users' interests by sharing subscriptions, abusing the service at scale or other means. VPNKM will take appropriate measures based on verifiable circumstances when addressing violations.

Availability and Limitation of Responsibility

Connection quality depends on factors such as your local network, carrier routing, device settings, target platform status and route maintenance. VPNKM does not guarantee a fixed speed, continuous connectivity or uninterrupted availability of any third-party platform. If you encounter an issue, first check your network and configuration using the troubleshooting guide.

Issues caused by changes to third-party services, network failures or force majeure will be investigated and handled according to the circumstances. Keep important data securely backed up. Responsibility will be determined under applicable law and the specific facts. These terms do not exclude or limit any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Refund Policy

You may request a full refund without giving a reason within 7 days of your first payment. Submit your request through a user-panel ticket, state that you would like a refund and provide order information for verification. Proof of a service issue is not required to request a refund under this policy.

Refund requests are reviewed against order and payment records, and the outcome will be communicated through the ticket. Do not send passwords, complete subscription details or payment keys in a ticket. If a refund requires the associated service benefits to end, this will be confirmed during processing. This page makes no unverified promise about when funds will arrive.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

For unlawful use, resale, account sharing, attacks on the service or other serious violations of these terms, VPNKM may suspend connectivity or terminate account access based on the nature of the conduct. We will explain the action through an available user-panel notice or ticket. If you disagree with the action, you may submit a ticket to request a review.

Updates to these terms will be published on this page, and the date at the top will be updated. Significant changes affecting service use or user rights will be announced in the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce statutory rights or refund entitlements that have already accrued. See the Privacy Policy for details on how personal information is handled.
